Team Bikenetic is a cyclocross and mountain bike racing team in the Washington DC area.

Our premier event, BikenetiCX, was on October 27th at the Loudon County Fair Grounds in Leesburg, VA.

Virtual events:

A highlight of 2020 and 2021, we participated in Phoenix Bike’s Raise + Ride events.
We ran a new summer virtual event, ‘We Should Go For a Bike Ride’ Challenge. With your help we were able to raise approximately $19k USD for Phoenix Bikes, MORE, and WABA.

In addition, we ran a gravel crit, Dirty BikenetiCrit! for four years. Results are here:

Basically, we have fun in dirt. But we also do lots of public service and outreach: MORE trail-building, Bike to Work Day support, WABA advocacy, and Phoenix Bikes volunteering.

We started in 2014 with 25 members and now enjoy the pleasant company of ~75. We’re currently the size we want to be, but if you’re interested, get to know us at races and on rides, hang out with us, and let’s see if we’re a good fit for each other.
